The penthouse of 100 m² is ideal for accommodating 4-5 persons. It is divided into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate toilet, a walk-in wardrobe, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds equipped with satellite tv and two ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person. The penthouse has a roofed balcony equipped with an electric grill, table and chairs of 3 m² with a partial sea view. To the penthouse belongs a roof terrace (90 m²) with sea view and loungers.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, safe, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, wine refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and parking on the property are just some of the additional features of this accommodation. The property has 2 bicycles available to guests at no additional charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.The security deposit is 300 EUR.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
