This spacious apartment on the ground floor is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Radovanjica and is ideal for 2-4 persons.
Apartment (40 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a roofed terrace (20 m²) with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, barbecue and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. Washing machine, baby cot and highchair are available upon request. The apartment has no steps or thresholds.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 30 m. The distance to the market is 600 m and the nearest restaurant is at a 50 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 500 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
