This modern villa with a swimming pool is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Lozice. The villa of 140 m² is spread over two floors and can accommodate a total of 10 people.
The villa is spread over two floors and is divided into a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room, an additional bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the space is divided into four bedrooms, two with a double bed and their own bathrooms with a shower, two bedrooms with two single beds and an additional bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. To the villa belongs a roofed terrace (30 m²) equipped with table and chairs. The courtyard of the villa (300 m²) has a heated swimming pool and a relax area equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower, loungers and a parasol.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is located at the distance of 1300 m. The distance to the market is 600 m and the nearest restaurant is at an 800 m distance from the apartment. The distance to the centre of the island of Vir is 2000 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
