This charming heritage stone holiday home with an authentic Dalmatian manor is 250 years old. It dates from the end of the 18th century and was restored over 5 years, and today it represents the living history of the island of Vir. It is ideal for accommodating 4-5 persons.

The holiday home is spread over two floors and is divided into two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, while on the first floor the space is divided into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. To the holiday home belongs a balcony with parasol, table and chairs. The courtyard of the holiday home (200 m²) has a relax area equipped with barbecue, loungers, table, chairs and a parasol.

Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and parking on the property are available and free of charge. The security deposit is 400 EUR. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.

The nearest beach is located at the distance of 800 m. The distance to the market is 550 m, while the centre and the nearest restaurant are at the distance of 150 m.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
