This holiday home is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Radnjača and is ideal for 6-8 persons.
The 118 m² house is spread over two floors and is divided into a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed for two persons. The first floor is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a 3 m² balcony with a partial sea view equipped with a table and chairs, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. On the ground floor in front of the house there is a 5 m² roofed terrace equipped with table and chairs. The house has a courtyard (25 m²) with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen, of which 15 m² is roofed and equipped with a parasol, table, chairs and deck chairs.
At guest’s disposal without additional charge are air conditioning, WIFI, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dish washer, washing machine and parking on the property. After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
