This holiday home with a sea view is located in a quite part of the municipality Privlaka and is ideal for 6-8 persons.
The living space of the house (120 m²) spreads on the ground floor and is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms with a double bed, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa bed for two persons. The property has a (25 m²) terrace with a sea view, equipped with a parasol, deck chairs, a seating area, table and chairs. The property also has a garden (2000 m²) with a gazebo with a grill, table and chairs, a parasol, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. There are 3 stairs at the entrance to the property.
At guest’s disposal without additional charge are air conditioning, WIFI, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dish washer, washing machine and parking on the property. After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
