This holiday home with a private swimming pool is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Rosulje and is ideal for 4-5 persons.
The 60 m² living area spreads on the ground floor and is divided into a living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The room with two single beds has a desk with a TV monitor and an X-box game console. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person. The property has a roofed terrace equipped with an outdoor sofa, table and chairs of 25 m². The property also has a 300 m² courtyard with a private swimming pool, barbecue, parasol, loungers and an outdoor shower.
At guest’s disposal without additional charge are air conditioning, WIFI, SAT TV, two refrigerators, oven, Espresso machine, dish washer, washing machine and parking on the property. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
