This holiday home is located in a quite part of the municipality Privlaka and is ideal for 4 persons.
The 100 m² living area spreads on the ground floor and is divided into a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with a double bed and SAT TV and two bedrooms with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The property has a closed terrace (15 m²) equipped with barbecue, loungers, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fireplace, outdoor shower and roofed parking on the property are available to guests at no additional charge. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.
The distance to the market and the centre is the same, 600 m. The beach is 200 m away, and the restaurant is 700 m from the apartment.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
