This luxurious and modern holiday home for 6-8 persons with swimming pool and panoramic sea view situated in a quiet location in the area Torovi on the island of Vir spread over two floors on a spacious property of 200 m². The villas 70 m² living area is divided into a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two separate beds, one bathroom with shower and one extra toilet. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and parking on the property are available with no surcharge. In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool (6m long, 4m wide and 1,5m deep), a furnished pool area (sun loungers and outdoor shower) and a barbecue. The villa has two roofed and furnished 12 m² terraces (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) with a sea view, view of nearby islands and the green landscape of the island of Vir. A shop can be reached within 300 m, restaurants, and the center of Vir can be reached within 2000 m. The nearest beach is distanced 1000m from the property.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR).
