On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with pool view, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is one separate toilet. On the second floor, there is another air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and private bathroom with a shower. Also on the second floor, guests of the villa can enjoy a mini wellness area equipped with a jacuzzi and a sauna, as well as a sun deck (roof terrace 84 m²) with loungers and sea view. The villa also has a basement that is divided into a bedroom with a double bed equipped with air conditioning and satellite television, a gym and a games room with table tennis, table football, darts and pool table.
Terrace on the ground floor 67 m² includes fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining room with sitting area for 12 persons and access to a unique 13 meters long (84,5 m²) swimming pool, with integrated pool loungers in the shallow part of the pool ideal for children. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool.
Every room of the villa is air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi internet access through the estate. At the 750 m² estate of villa there are several parking spaces available and one garage parking space. Baby cot, highchair, changing of bed linen and towels every day, 3 bicycles for adults are provided upon request with no extra charge. The security deposit is 1000 EUR.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
