On the ground floor of the villa there is a stylishly decorated living room overlooking the pool, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a storage room with a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a bedroom with a double bed with a private bathroom with a shower equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower, a private roofed balcony equipped with a table and chairs, and all are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and a safe. On the second floor of the villa there is a roof terrace with a partial sea view, a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a seating area and an outdoor kitchen. The terrace on the ground floor (25 m²) includes a dining room with seating for 10 people, and access to a unique 8-meter-long swimming pool with 10 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
