The 90 m² living area spreads on the ground floor and is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have satellite TV.
The fenced property of the villa in a quiet area of Privlaka, at a distance of just 150 m from the beach Punta has a spacious and furnished 30 m² terrace and a private heated 21 m² pool equipped with outdoor shower, loungers and a parasol. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue in the garden and parking on the property are also available.
The nearby beach Punta is the westernmost point of mainland Dalmatia offering a view of an unforgettable sunset.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
