The 200 m² is spread over two floors and is divided into a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a partial view of the sea, an additional toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the space is divided into three bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms, one room with an en suite bathroom, while two rooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms on the first floor have access to a balcony and a view of the sea. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room, and living room have a partial view of the sea.

The property has a roofed and furnished terrace and a balcony of 20 m². Air conditioning, wireless internet access, SAT TV, oven, dish washer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, barbecue in the garden and parking on the property are also available. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
