On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with double beds each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while on the second floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a sea view and an entrance to the terrace/balcony and all are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a panoramic sea view and a seating area.
Terrace on the ground floor 50 m² is equipped with a barbecue and a sitting area for 10 persons and has access to a unique heated 10 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool. In the courtyard of the property there is a football field for children.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
