This luxurious and modern 190 m² villa with a sea view situated on a 380 m² property with a private pool is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Smratina and is ideal for accommodating 6-8 persons.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a stylishly decorated living room overlooking the pool, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower and all are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. One bedroom has a 15 m² balcony with seating, while the master bedroom has a sea view. The villa has a roofed terrace (30 m²) overlooking the pool, equipped with table and chairs. The property's courtyard has a heated swimming pool and a relaxation area equipped with an outdoor shower and sun loungers.
Dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven, Espresso machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, fireplace and on-site parking are just some of the features available to guests. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night. The security deposit is 500 EUR. Check-in from 16:00.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
