This spacious apartment on the first floor is located in a quite part of the city Nin and is ideal for 2-3 persons.
Apartment (45 m²) is divided on a living room with dining room and kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. To the apartment belongs a roofed balcony (5 m²) with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are available to guests at no additional charge. Washing machine is available on request.
The nearest beach is 120 m away. The centre, shop and nearest restaurant are 2000 m away from the apartment.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
