The 55 m² apartment is divided into a living room with kitchen and dining room, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with a shower. To the apartment belongs a roofed terrace (5 m²) with table and chairs. The apartment has only one stair at the entrance.
Air conditioning, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, oven, dishwasher, barbecue and parking on the property are available to guests at no additional charge. Washing machine is available on request.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
