This 47m2 holiday rental for 2-3 persons is located on the ground floor of the house. The property is located in a quiet area of the island called Kozjak. There is a bedroom with double bed, a living and a dining room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and an 8m2 furnished terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV and internet as well as a barbecue and a parking in the courtyard.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
