This property is situated in a quiet location of Kozjak, an area of the island of Vir. Beach and restaurant are within walking distance. This 47m2 apartment for 2-3 persons, on the first floor of the house, is divided into a bedroom with double bed, a living and a dining room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. The outdoor area is an 8m2 furnished balcony. Air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, a barbecue and a parking in the courtyard are among the other features.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
