This apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 2-4 persons. Beachfront apartment is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir named Slatina.
The apartment of 55 m² is divided on a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a 20 m² roofed terrace with a sea view, furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet and SAT TV are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. In the garden (200 m²) there is a barbecue and parking. Baby cot, highchair and washing machine are available upon request.
The pebble beach and the sea are 20 m away. The shop is 300 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 50 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 700 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
