This apartment on the first floor is ideal for 4-5 persons. Beachfront apartment is located in a quite area of the island of Vir called Slatina.
Apartment (55 m²) is divided on a living room, kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person. To the apartment belongs a 15 m² balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV and an oven are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. In the garden (200 m²) there is a barbecue and parking. Baby cot, highchair and washing machine are available upon request.
The pebble beach and the sea are 20 m away. The shop is 300 m from the apartment, while the nearest restaurant is just 50 m away. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 700 m.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
