This apartment in a quiet area of the island of Vir stylishly and modernly designed presents simplicity and functionality and ensures a perfect environment for your summer vacation. Just 200 m from the house you will find a beautiful pebble beach. The 75 m² apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and one of them has a single bed, three bathrooms with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. From the living area you can reach onto a spacious and furnished balcony (27 m²) with a partial sea view. The apartment disposes of air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the estate, a barbecue in the courtyard and parking on the property. Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. The center of the island of Vir is 1200 m distanced.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
