The apartment disposes of air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the estate, a barbecue in the courtyard and parking on the property. Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. The center of the island of Vir is 1200 m distanced.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
