This apartment is located on the northern side of the island of Vir, in the area called Soldatica, just 70m from the pebble beach and can accommodate 4 people. The 50m2 apartment on the 1st floor of the house is divided into a living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two separate beds) and a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. From the living room, you can reach onto a spacious balcony with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV and internet per W-LAN. In the courtyard there is a parking place and barbecue at Your disposal.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
