The 50m2 apartment on the 1st floor of the house is divided into a living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two separate beds) and a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. To the apartment belongs a balcony, equipped with table and chairs, ideal to relax and enjoy a beautiful sea view. A well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet per WLAN, parking on the property and barbecue in the courtyard belong to the other features.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
