This apartment for 2-3 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Prezida just 70 m from the pebble beach Prezida. The 39 m² living area is divided into a living/dining room with a kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
