This apartment can accommodate 4-5 persons and is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir called Prezida, just 70 m from the beach Prezida. The 65 m² apartment on the 1st floor of the house is divided into a living room with dining area and a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with one double bed and one with two separate beds) and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. From the living room You can reach onto a 9 m² balcony with sea view, furnished with table and chairs. Air conditioning, Wireless internet access, satellite TV, baby cot and highchair, barbecue, and parking on the property are available free of charge.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
