In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. The apartment has two terraces equipped with a table and chairs, one of which is a closed terrace of 15 m², and the other an outdoor terrace of 8 m².
Air conditioning, wireless internet, oven, dish washer, washing machine, safe, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are at guests disposal with no additional charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
