This apartment with partial sea view is located on the first floor and is ideal for 4-6 persons. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir named Lučica.
The 60 m² apartment is divided into two living rooms with two dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one of which has SAT-TV and two bathrooms with showers. Each living room has a sofa bed for one person. To the apartment belongs a roofed balcony (24 m²) with a partial sea view, table and chairs.
Two air conditioners, wireless internet, oven, washing machine, dryer, sauna, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking on the property are at guests disposal with no additional charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The nearest beach is at a 120 m distance from the apartment. The distance from the centre of the island of Vir is 750 m. The store is located at the 100 m distance from the apartment, as is the distance from the restaurant.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
