This apartment for 4 - 5 persons is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir, called Sridnje kućice.
The 45 m² apartment is divided into a living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one additional person. The apartment has two roofed balconies, one with a size of 5 m² equipped with table and chairs, and the other one belongs to the bedroom (3 m²).
Air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine and barbecue in the yard are just some of the features of this accommodation.
The pebble beach and the sea are at an 800 m distance from the apartment. Restaurants, shops and the centre of Vir are only a few minutes’ walk away.

After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
