This apartment for 4 - 5 persons is located in a quiet area of the island of Vir, called Sridnje kućice.
The 40 m² apartment is divided into a living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one additional person. To the apartment belongs a 12 m² roofed balcony, furnished with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and barbecue in the yard are just some of the features of this accommodation. Washing machine is available on request.
The pebble beach and the sea are at an 800 m distance from the apartment. Restaurants, shops and the centre of Vir are only a few minutes’ walk away.
In this closing price is the use of air conditioning, parking, Wi Fi Internet, Sat TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, etc. included.
After the booking confirmation via email, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable either one week prior to arrival by bank transfer (payable in EUR) or upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Instead of a cancellation, it is possible to change the arrival and departure dates during the season, subject to availability.
